How much does it cost?
This depends on many factors such as what items you’d like cleaning, what condition it’s in, the fabric type etc. We request that you send us a photo upon submitting a quotation, this is the fastest and most accurate way to give you a price.
Do you have any special packages?
In short no, as every quotation is unique to your carpet/items we don’t tend to display set packages. However, the more you book in any one time, the better the price per item will be.
How long will it take to dry?
Most materials are guaranteed to be completely dry within 2 hours.
When is it okay to walk on my carpet again?
You can walk on your carpet almost instantly if needed with clean house shoes/slippers but we would advise leaving for 2 hours.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use Solutions World of Clean Products, who are NCCA approved and supply the best cleaning products i’ve used in the past 25 years.
What aftercare is recommended following a deep clean?
The longer you allow dirt and grit to linger, the higher chance of it working it’s way back down into the carpet fibres which will cause it to wear. Make sure you vaccum on a regular basis, it’s as simple as that! You will increase the longevity of your carpets if you keep its cleaning routine simple and safe.
Are your cleaning products safe for my pets and children?
Yes! All of the products we use are pet, child and eco-safe.
Do I need to empty the room?
No, we will lovingly move your furniture as we clean your carpets. In some cases, clients may have extremely heavy items that cannot be moved but the team will rearrange furniture where possible.
What access requirements do you need to clean my home?
We need somewhere to park a long wheel base van outside, that’s about it! Our van is a mounted setup with the latest CRB machinery. We don’t need to bring any heavy equipment inside, the hose can be rolled right through your front door!
Can you remove stains?
Speak to the expert! Phillip will give you an honest answer, If the stain won’t come out he will be transparent about this. We have many different methods of stain removal so it’s best to ask first.
Will my carpet shrink?
Your carpet is more likely to shrink using every day cleaners than it is from a professional clean. This is usually a result of over-soaking. Prokleens machinery steams and uses suction all at the same time, leaving your carpets in a relatively dry condition to touch as well as immaculately clean.
